Can you ship to my state or country?
TheHumidor.com can ship anywhere in the United States. Orders placed Monday—Friday will ship out within 24 hours, orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out next business day. All orders on thehumidor.com will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 24 hours of the order date.
What shipping options are available?
We ship all orders via USPS.
What are my shipping costs?
The shipping charge is dependent on the weight and the zip code to which it is being delivered. During the checkout process, select your state and enter the shipping destination zip code to calculate the estimate shipping costs.
Do you ship to a business or a P.O. Box?
We ship to physical addresses only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses.
If I place an order today, how long will the order take to be delivered?

My package was broken by Shipping Carrier, what can I do?
No worries. Please contact us right away via email TheHumidor@abcfws.com and we will refund your order. If you would like to reorder the item or get something else, our guest service can help with that too.
Why isn't my promo code working!?
To comply with a new online shopping requirement called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you must create an online account in order to use promo codes. Creating an account indicates you are giving us permission to provide a personalized site experience, which includes using online promo codes. It’s not our preference, but it is a requirement for us to conduct business online. Simply click here to create an online account of if you already have an account, sign into it and your promo code should work. If you continue to have trouble, please contact our guest services team at 866-450-6622. User names and passwords are the same for abcfws.com and TheHumidor.com.
What is the status of my order?
Visit www.TheHumidor.com and click on the Order Status icon located in the top, right corner of the screen. To track your orders you'll need your confirmation order number and billing zip code.
Can I add items to my existing order?
For our guests’ security, we do not store credit card numbers; therefore orders cannot be edited online once complete. Your Humidor order may be edited or cancelled by calling 866-450-6622 or emailing TheHumidor@abcfws.com.
What types of payments do you accept?
Currently, we accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
What is your return policy?
